DIVERSITY + INCLUSION

We are continually striving to better embrace and expand the culture, experiences, and talents of our people across all races, genders, ages, religions, and identities. Our teams reflect the beautiful, rich and rare communities of our country and the gifts they bring to the solutions we provide.

In early 2019, Ozland Group Solutions partnered with Aboriginal Employment Strategies (AES) to work together to recruit people from Indigenous heritage into our business. And in 2021, we took a shareholding in Dundee Rock Services Pty Ltd, a majority owned Aboriginal business that provides a range of high quality services to the construction, mining and government sectors.

Together with these inspirational partners, we are passionate about training and mentoring Indigenous people to achieve meaningful and sustainable careers.

SAFETY + WELLBEING

The safety and wellbeing of our employees, your employees, tenants and visitors is of the up-most importance to us. We have an established and dedicated Work Health Safety (WHS) and Risk Committee for our organisation which comprises of representatives from all parts of our business including senior leadership and the Group CEO and COO so that we can do everything to achieve our ZERO HARM policy. We’ve created a culture of ‘Think Safety First’ and accountability that means ‘if we see it, we own it, and we resolve it’.

We believe that we can improve the overall wellbeing and productivity of everyone that works in, and visits each of our sites every day.

BRIGHTER COMMUNITIES

We develop and sustain brighter communities — communities that shine with warmth, inclusion, and acceptance. We improve local skill bases by providing new opportunities for training, including apprenticeships, new entrant level jobs, incentive-based work and jobs for the long-term unemployed. We support local economic development by utilising local companies and contracted service providers.

And we engage the services of social benefit suppliers, or organisations whose social mission is centred on benefiting people who are considered disadvantaged in their local community. Far from being just an altruistic charity attempt, these services, individuals and communities have helped us grow and thrive as a company. We have helped:

The Chappell Foundation (Youth Homelessness)

Uniforms 4 Kids (Clothing For Children in Need)

Aruma (Disability Services)

Cancer Council.

We take the time to understand your company’s pressure point, tailor solutions to meet your needs, guarantee cost savings and deliver through one point of contact.
